Free Therapist Support Circles
Therapists hold a lot. This circle is where you don’t have to. Gather online with peers to process the work and the world, share openly, and leave feeling more grounded and less alone. No consultation or supervision — just connection, reflection, and practices to help you reset and restore. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

Our Burnout Prevention Programs
Therapist Resource Network welcomes Karol Espejo, LCSW-C for a workshop that goes beyond awareness to honest conversation. Using psychoeducation, interactive reflection, and somatic practice, participants will explore what actually drives burnout in helping professionals including the patterns, identities, and inherited messages that keep us going past empty. The session is warm, direct, and designed to feel like a conversation among colleagues rather than a training. Participants can expect to:
-
Explore and learn about the intricacies of burnout and how they present in high-functioning professional helpers.
-
Engage in a somatic practice with a brief grounding exercise.
-
Distinguish between what doesn't fill the tank and what actually does and identify ways to put that information into your personal practice.
